Wheat and IBS

The next on the list is wheat – white bread and white flour. I shall only add a small amount as I already know that too much wheat gives me bloating and wind (alot of people get this). I had a sandwich for lunch and thats all I’ll have for today.

Day 3

Well 3 days of wheat and I have really enjoyed eating it – I love crusty bread! French baguette has no oil in at all so I don’t have to even think about vegetable oil. I have felt OK but I have had an increase in the number of bowel movements and felt a little bloated but I already knew that might happen. At least I can have baguette every now and then just not every day.
