Peppers and IBS

I tested yellow and red peppers a week ago. Don’t really like green peppers and they are stronger anyway. I found yellow and red peppers to be fine. By the way I ate them raw in salad rather than cooked so that should mean that cooked ones will be fine too.

Last night I had some meat balls. They contained chopped onion and I thought it’ll be OK as there won’t be much in them. Well this morning so far I have been to the loo twice with bad stomach pains and loose stools. The same response as when I tested onions. I’m a bit cross with myself as I should have known not to eat them not I fancied buying something rather than making it from scratch. Serves me right for being lazy!

Don’t know if you’ve tried this yet, but I’ve discovered that if I eat a bit of sunflower seeds every day I stay regular! See if it works for you and let me know the results. 🙂

    Take care!
