Corn and IBS

I added corn today. Cornflakes and popcorn. I don’t like sweetcorn so I’m not going to bother with that.  I’ll also make some white sauce with cornflower using soya milk.

3 days of corn and still feeling fine. So now I can have rice krispies and cornflakes for breakfast!! Finally a bit of variety. I made my own popcorn as the stuff thats already made has vegetable oil in. I added syrup and melted butter and it was really yummy!
