Cheese and IBS

Day 1
Well today I added cheese – just a bit of melted cheese on a jacket potato (but I don’t eat the skin of the jacket). I was OK but have had a bit of gas this evening and the beginnings of a slight IBS pain on the lower RHS. I shall have some more cheese tomorrow and see what happens.

Day 3
Well its interesting that 3 days of cheese has not given me any diarrhea or loose stools. However I have had IBS pain that has got worse over the few days. I’ve decided that cheese might be OK every now and again in small amounts but not too much.
