Carrot and IBS still no good

I’m trying carrots again. Last time I had a bad reaction after the second lot and it seemed a bit strange so lets see if its OK this time

I don’t believe it. I was fine the first day and then about 2 hours after my dinner tonight I had awful stomach cramps with diarrhea! That is exactly what happened last time – the 2nd lot of carrot caused a reaction. Maybe I could eat carrot once in a while and make sure I don’t have it 2 days running? Very strange! Such a violent reaction too!
