It took a while to get over the eggs and IBS symptoms. So today I added banana. I’m not really a fan but they are an easy fruit to peel!

When I was pregnant I had one everyday before going to bed or otherwise I would wake up in the morning starving and be sick!! I had quite bad morning sickness. However after the first 6 weeks I didn’t have any IBS symptoms at all during my pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve heard that most peoples IBS gets worse during pregnancy due to the hormone surge. Anyway bananas- so far OK.

Day2
Not again! I’ve had a bad morning dashing to the loo and very painful stomach spasms this evening. I am feeling very fed up. It’s back to detox.
