Aloe Elite is a supplement that comes from the juice of the aloe vera plant. It is 100% natural and non toxic having been highly purified containing just 2 components (see below).

Aloe vera juice is well know to aid digestion because it can heal the lining of the gut and has a cleansing effect on the digestive system.

AloeElite contains Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharide which has proven anti inflammitory properties (in addition to many other immune boosting ones) and so should help calm the digestive system down whether you have diarrhea or constipation. It also has another natural component which aids absorption. The manufacturers claim a very high success rate and there are plenty of testimonials on the site but I have looked at forums to see what people have to say about it.

If you have diarrhea symptoms use Aloe Elite with caution

Aloe vera juice is used as a laxative and therefore if you do want to try this I would recommend using a small amount at first. Many IBS sufferers report an increase in stools and even diarrhea when taking it. So be careful.

One thing I have read is that if the aloe vera juice is distilled first it should no longer have laxative properties which might explain why some people with diarrhea prone IBS are able to use it and see benefits.

It seems that with Aloe Elite you may need to take Imodium with it at first. One person said that they didn’t see much benefit but when they called the manufacturers they were advised to take Imodium and then they felt much better. This shouldn’t be an on going thing as long term Imodium usage is not recommended by doctors.

AloeElite Best Point

Since Aloe Elite is 100% natural and safe it can be taken by children and adults and can be used while taking other medicines. Doctors recommend it but if you are concerned then check with yours first.

Any Aloe Elite Negatives?

I would say the issue of potential diarrhea could be a negative and something to bear in mind. Also I have read that the manufacturers changed the formula at some point and  a number of people reported that it was no longer effective. However I have still read plenty of positive customer feedback since this.
