I had a few days of detox to get rid of the IBS pain before adding wine. I have to add white wine first (don’t know why that should make a difference – any ideas?). I shall have just one glass a day.

Day 2
I was fine last night after a glass of wine but today since 5pm I have had quite bad IBS pain. I have had another glass of white wine though to see what happens…..

Day 3
I guess I shouldn’t have had another glass of white wine last night because this morning I have had loose stools and feel very tender on the lower RHS of my abdomen. I must talk to my dietitian to see whether its worth testing red wine or rose wine.
