Finally feeling fine

I have waited almost a week detoxing trying to get back to feeling well. Today I have been fine. It has reminded me of how bad my IBS was before I started this elimination diet. Its given me the motivation I need to carry on with adding food items as I know I can feel totally well if I eat the right foods.

Tomorrow I am adding oats. I’m a little wary as they are high in fibre so I’m going to be gentle about it. Only add a small amount.
