Broccoli is one of my favourite vegetables so I’m adding this one first and also the dietitian suggested it was best to try broccoli as it is the easiest vegetable to digest.

Day 3
3 days of broccoli and I am feeling fine. So I’ve now added my first vegetable! Yeah! That means I can have a real roast dinner (without gravy) like everyone else!
